WARSAW – 22 November 2013 Prologis, Inc., the leading global owner, operator and developer of industrial real estate, welcomed 250 students and pupils to the Poznań School of Logistics yesterday, to discuss the industrial real estate sector and what is required to be a successful developer.

Bartosz Mierzwiak, Senior Vice President, Market Officer Prologis Poland, outlined the company’s day-to-day activities, the latest industry trends and developments, and what makes a “perfect” development citing both build-to-suit and speculative project examples.

“Detailed information about a developer’s everyday operations as well as up-to-date thinking on current and future trends has been met with great interest from our students,” said Alicja Gruszczyńska, WSL’s spokeswoman. “We are very glad that the students of the Poznań School of Logistics can expand their knowledge relying directly on the experience of such renowned experts”.

“As a market leader we have a duty and an obligation to help shape the minds of our industry’s future professionals,” said Bartosz Mierzwiak, Senior Vice President, Market Officer Prologis in Poland. “It’s a rewarding experience to speak with such an information-hungry, inquisitive audience”.
