Prologis Wins Prestigious Award for Polish Logistics Park
WARSAW – 25 September 2013 – Prologis, Inc., the leading global owner, operator and developer of industrial real estate, today announced it has won a prestigious award for its flagship park in Poland.
Prologis Park Wroclaw V Honoured at the Prime Property Prize Awards Ceremony
Prologis Park Wroclaw V in south-western Poland was awarded the Prime Property Prize 2013 in the category “Investment of the Year – Logistics and Storage Space Market” by leading Polish property web portal, propertynews.pl and organiser of Property Forum 2013.
The award was presented last night to Bartosz Mierzwiak, senior vice president & market officer, Prologis Poland at the Prime Property Prize Gala awards ceremony at the Sheraton Hotel in Warsaw.
The judges of the awards consisting of the board of editors, members of the Experts’ Forum and the readers of propertynews.pl, said of Prologis Park Wroclaw V: “Prologis Park Wroclaw V has attracted many investors and customers due to its high quality and convenient location. This has helped make the region even more desirable for logistics and storage operators and investors both in Poland and even from across Europe.

Prologis Park Wroclaw V is adjacent to Wroclaw's ring road and near to major transportation routes via the Wroclaw Bielany junction. The park consists of four build-to-suit facilities, three of which are currently under construction. Set on 70 hectares of land, Prologis Park Wroclaw V will total more than 290,000 square metres of Class-A logistics space at full build-out.
